These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EarnSouthAfrica website at earnsouthafrica.co.za (the “Site”), which is operated by EarnSouthAfrica (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

Short quotations with a clear link back to the original article are permitted under fair dealing.

5. User-submitted content

If you submit material through our contact form, submit-hustle form, newsletter, or comments (collectively “Submissions”), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, and publish that Submission in connection with the Site.

You represent that any Submission is your own work (or that you have the right to submit it) and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights or violate any law. We may remove or decline to publish any Submission for any reason without notice.

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including affiliate partners, platforms we review, and advertisers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Your use of a linked site is at your own risk and is subject to that site’s own terms and policies. You agree to indemnify and hold EarnSouthAfrica harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site, or any content you submit.

We may update, change, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated “last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
